First-time setup (one-time)
  1. Flash the ESP32 once over USB: pio run -t upload.
  2. On your phone, join the bot's Wi-Fi hotspot PS5-Bot-Setup (password ps5setup).
  3. A setup page opens automatically — pick your home Wi-Fi, enter its password, and paste your Device Token (PS5_DEVICE_TOKEN from the server).
  4. Save. It reboots, joins your Wi-Fi, and appears here as Online. ✅

Change Wi-Fi / token later: hold the bot's BOOT button for 5 s → it re-opens the setup page (firmware is kept). Updates after setup are wireless (OTA) — no USB again.

How it works

  1. Power on: the Power page tells the bot to tap the console's power button.
  2. Update firmware: when Update available shows, tap Update the board — the bot flashes itself over the air (auto-rollback if it fails).
  3. Tap: manually fire one physical button press.
